Just a reminder to everyone who is letting a property that they must have an valid EPC (Energy Performance Certificate). Belfast City Council Building Control is currently doing spot checks and anyone without one will receive a fine! Better safe than sorry! We can arrange them for £79+ VAT – bargain!
